Breeding chain app needs to check TMs against eggs

Take, for example, Bulbasaur and Sludge Bomb. It comes up with (assorted poison pokemon) to Gastrodon to Corphish to Skorupi to Paras to Bulbasaur. Thankfully, I won't have to waste my time breeding, because such a chain is impossible. Sludge Bomb can be TMed to Gastrodon, but not to Shellos. Therefore, Sludge Bomb cannot be bred into the Shellos family.
