Shoutbox spam control

The shoutbox is a target for spambots.

Find a way to block them.

• Adding an interface to add Regular Expressions that will be blocked from posting
• Adding a trap for bots, like a hidden input that, when filled, prevents the message to be posted. That imput won't be shown nor filled by legitimate users, so only bots would fall on them. Put a significant name on it, like 'email'

Maybe allowing to post only to registered users could be a workaround until a definitive fix is done. The spam is unceasing.

Guests can no longer post as of r448. Not particularly inclined to change this, given the quality of crap that comes from non-registered users.
