Lookup URL is incorrect

Description

It should be /dex/lookup, not /dex -- the latter is a static page except when invoked with an 'entry' parameter. What?

Possible problems include the search plugin, yubnub, and any other custom Pokedex interfaces, so I'll need a compatibility function.
