Description

Get rid of the (outdated) contest stuff on the move pages.

Put the contest stuff on another page, a la the "Flavor text and images" for pokemon. e.g. http://veekun.com/dex/moves/pound/contest would contain all the contest stats of pound, whereas http://veekun.com/dex/moves/pound would contain all the battle stats of pound.
