Description 

DBIx::Class::ResultSet::create(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Field 'thread_view_cutoff' doesn't have a default value [for Statement "INSERT INTO users (joindate, lastactive, name, password, signature) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?)"] at D:/dev/veekun/script/../lib/Vee/Controller/Users.pm line 103

Whoops.

Same problem also breaks base_data.pl.

Fixed by r381, although apparently this was never broken live. Weird.
