Assorted egg move shenanigans

1.- Missing GSC-icon related: Chikorita's Swords Dance, Cyndaquil's Submission, Phanpy's Water Gun.

2.- Pre-evo related:
a.- Electabuzz appears to know some egg moves on RS and not on DP. Off course this is not correct, in both generations the child is always Elekid. You seem to have taken this in mind when coding DP egg moves, but not on RS egg moves. This should go for other Pkmn like this, such as Magmar or Jynx. I don't know what your concrete criteria is for these things, but I thought I should still say it.
b.- Same goes for Marill/Azurill, Bonsly/Sudowoodo, etc., in an odd way. As both can be born on eggs, I think egg moves should appear on both. Mariil/Azurill's case is messed up, as they have different sets.
c.- Hitmonlee's got some of Tyrogue's egg moves as well.

3.- Wrong egg moves? These combinations are kinda odd, since they don't follow the general policy followed by DP games to maintain old Advance egg moves and add some new ones.
a.- Bagon@Belly Drum on RS. I checked other Dexes and I think Marill should go there, not Bagon.
b.- Dunsparce@Slam on RS.
c.- Ekans, Seel, Krabby, Omanyte, Aipom and Mantine @ Headbutt on RS, and I think Dunsparce should go there.

1 is fixed by r353.

The rest is because my pre-D/P egg moves went through a bit of optimization I shouldn't have done and are now generally fucked up. I'm going to have to re-get them from chaos or something; this is ridiculous, and would be a pain to separate manually now. I'm going to call the rest a dupe of #20 and close this.

Didn't realize it before, but part 3 is actually the return of the old Slam/Headbutt swap that I never did find a cause for. That's fixed in r355, as are the egg move shenanigans.

Bagon's Belly Drum was still in the db; removed in r358. NOW this is ACTUALLY fixed ugh!
