Code cleanup

• Rename Vee:: to Veekun::
• Wrap all (most?) lines to reasonable lengths
• Check for tabs
• Lop off spaces past the end of lines
• Change all Windows-formatted files to Linux
• Moar comments and POD
• Add a $pokemon->generation
• Make generations one-based?
• General style nits: extraneous parentheses, unbalanced or unnecessary whitespace, etc
• Move any complex or duplicated database functionality into the corresponding schema class

HTML:

• Drop this this class-on-every-cell nonsense and use <col> where appropriate.
• scope for <th>s?
• Toss dex_uri if possible
• Prefix n.b.'s with the announcement icon
