    68<p>These are compressed with the standard <a href="http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/">tar</a> and <a href="http://www.gzip.org/">gzip</a> formats.  Any modern zip program should be able to open them, but if yours cannot then <a href="http://www.7-zip.org/">7-zip</a> definitely can.</p>
